All about Oman dials
The Oman (Khanjar) dials are some specially made timepieces delivered to the UAE and for Oman, with an Oman Khanjar logo (a “khanjar” dagger laid over crossed swords. Usually in red, black or gold) printed at above 6 o’clock on the dial.
Timpieces fitted with “Khanjar” dials were made on special request from His Majesty Qaboos bin Said Al Said, the Sultan of Oman, and presented as gifts to his closest dignitaries and officials. Research and scholarship suggests that the Sultan commissioned most of his watches between the late 50’s and 70’s. It was an honor, and sign of respect, to be presented with a watch depicting the Omani state symbol.

オマーン（ハンジャル）ダイヤルは、オマーンとアラブ首長国連邦に特別に製造された時計で、ダイヤルの6時の上部にオマーンのハンジャルロゴ（”ハンジャル”ダガーが交差した剣の上に置かれたもので、通常は赤、黒、または金色）が印刷されています。
「ハンジャル」ダイヤルが装備された時計は、オマーンのサルタンであるカブース・ビン・サイード・アル・サイド陛下からの特別な要請に基づいて製造され、彼の最も近い高官や公式の贈り物として贈られました。研究や学術研究によると、サルタンは自身の時計の大半を1950年代後半から1970年代にかけて発注したとされています。オマーン国家シンボルを描いた時計を贈られることは、名誉であり、尊敬の表れでした。
